Ingredients
1 Medium Tomato
3 cups approx inexperienced beans cut in 0.5
1 will Cannelini Beans (drained)
2 tbs coconut milk
1-1/2 Cups Vegetable Stock
Paste
1 Medium Onion
3 Garlic Cloves
1 tbs Ginger
Spices
4 Cardamom Pods
4 Cloves
2 Bay Leaves
2 tsp Garam Masala
1 tsp Ground Corriander
1 tsp Ground Cumin
1 tsp Ground Tumeric
2 Star Anise
1/2 tsp Fenugreek Seeds
1/2 tsp Corriander Seeds
to style Salt and pepper
1/2-1/4 tsp ground flavourer (depending on hotness)
Steps
Place onion, garlic and ginger during a processor and build a paste. Add oil to a pot, saute paste, add spices and blend through.
Add the tomato, inexperienced beans and Cannelini beans and stir. Add approx one to 1 1/2 cups Vegetable stock (the volume you wish). Simmer for approx 20mins
With approx five minutes to travel, add coconut milk. Stir through then serve once finished.
