Vanilla Mascarpone Blueberry cheesecake



Thought I would experiment a little with cheesecakes

Ingredients
Crust

  • two cup Walnuts, slivered
  • two tbsp Sugars
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter

Filling up

  • 250 gr cream parmesan cheese, at space temperature
  • 1 1/3 mug Caster sugars
  • 4 Ova
  • 1 vanilla bean, divided and scraped
  • 1 tsp vanilla draw out
  • 450 gr Mascarpone parmesan cheese, at space temperature
  • 1 Cooking water

Leading

  • 4 tbsp Sugars
  • 2 tbsp Drinking water
  • 1 1/4 mug Blueberries
