Chocolate raspberry dairy free cheesecake



Full of flavour although not overwhelming whatsoever. Takes a while but is extremely easy. A large hit, cannot even inform its dairy products free! Could easily be produced vegan through subsituting the nut as well as dried fresh fruit crust as well as cocoa rather than chocolate.

Ingredients
filling

  • 12 ounce silken tofu
  • 1 mug soaked uncooked cashews
  • 4 oz chocolates
  • 1/2 mug maple syrup or even brown sugars
  • 1/2 mug dairy free of charge milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla draw out (optional)

brown crust area

  • 1 1/2 mug graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 mug margarine
  • two tbsp dark brown sugar
