I'd a hankering for many Phò eventually and chose to try making my very own rather than venturing out to the actual closest cafe. This conventional Vietnamese design soup takes a while to put together but creates a soothing meal any kind of day.

Soup Broth
- 1 big sweet red onion peeled as well as quartered
