I used several cheats for this direction therefore it's easier and quicker to create than the important factor

- 1 tablespoon copra oil
 - 1 little Spanish onion, thickly sliced
 - 1 thumb recent ginger, grated
 - 1 little cauliflower head, in little florets
 - 2 cup inexperienced beans, cut in 1" items

 - 1 jar mango sauce (I've used VH brand)

 - Hot water
 - 1 will chickpeas, rinced

 - 4-5 whole wheat giant tortillas
 
Steps
- In a deep sauce pan, heat up the oil at medium/high and stir within the onion and also the ginger for one or two of minutes.
 - Reduce heat to medium, add within the veggies, recent ground black pepper and cook for four to five minutes, stiring perpetually.
 - Reduce heat to low, add within the sauce and stir well.
 - Rinse the sauce jar with plight, filling it by [*fr1] and shaking it. Pour water in pan and stir well.
 - Cover and simmer for half-hour, stiring typically.
 - Add within the sauce, chickpeas and cilantro leafs, combine well and heat up coated for an additional quarter-hour.
 - Put mixture within the center of the tortillas, creating a sq. form, departure lots of tortillas all around.
 - Fold all four sides of the tortillas, creating a sealed enveloppe.
 - Grill the pouches in non-stick pan on each side until they get golden brown and tender. You don't have to be compelled to add any oil or grease to the pan to attain this.
